The improvements do not only make this car perform better but they also make this car worth purchasing and driving in 2016.

While the TT received a refresh not too long ago, Audi is already hard at work developing the 2017 version of the TT-RS. While on first inspection these spy photos would appear to show nothing more than a regular TT, upon closer inspection we can definitely tell this is the new TT-RS. The most noticeable RS features include Audi’s larger, wave-patterned front grille as well as RS brake calipers and drilled rotors.

2017 Audi TT Redesign

However, similar to the predecessor, Audi TT 2017 does not involve heated front seats. Speaking any further, aside from the new upholstery and refined dashboard, the interior of this family coupe is supported with some new features. New dash-mounted display, advanced active speakers, and new navigation system are the brand new features employed in the interior of Audi TT 2017. Considering the fact that there are many improvements found in the exterior and interior of the new generation of Audi TT, it is clear that this family coupe car is worth purchasing.

Much like any other RS-badged Audi model, the TT’s interior will blend sportiness, luxury and state-of-the-art convenience features. Black will probably continue as the dominant color in the cockpit, but the light-colored upholstery Audi Audi usually offers with RS models, as well as the aluminum inserts and the contrasting stitching, will brighten up the place. Nappa leather for the RS bucket seats and leather/Alcantara for the steering wheel will come standard, as will the stainless-steel pedals and footrest, and the MMI infotainment system.

2017 Audi TT Specs

The new generation of Audi TT comes in new exterior styling. The new styling promotes this car to get aggressive front face against the angular body lines. Further, modern headlights and improved rear bumper also make this car different from the old series. Besides, to support aerodynamic performance, the manufacturer now reshaped the side wings of this car and lifts the front fascia. As a matter of fact, 2017 Audi TT is a 4-door coupe which comes in a friendly body platform which looks like a family sedan. Instead of gaining improved exterior style and design, the new generation of Audi TT cars also gets improved interior. The interior of Audi TT 2017 is refined. Audi TT 2017 employs more luxurious interior components including premium upholstery and redesigned dashboard.

Naturally, the new TT-RS will feature a design based on the third-gen TT, meaning it will borrow the base car’s sharp front grille and redesigned headlamps and bumper. In our rendering here, the TT’s horizontal slats were replaced by the honeycomb mesh seen on other recent high-performance Audis, such as the 2015 RS3 , while the apron received larger air intakes and a silver blade-like element with vertical fins on each side.

2017 Audi TT Engine

Earlier rumors claimed the TT RS could adopt a downsized engine with an electric turbo, but an individual who recently attended a meeting of quattro representatives in Germany reports the coupe will carry on with a turbocharged 2.5-liter straight-five mill. It will deliver about 395 horsepower nearly 40 more than the last-gen model in its most basic state of tune, and Audi could launch a more expensive TT RS plus model with up to 420 ponies on tap.

Available as both a coupe and roadster, it climbed above the TTS in the TT range. The company’s first compact RS was powered by the legendary, 2.5-liter, five-cylinder engine that produced 335 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of twist, and featured revised styling and a sportier interior. The TT-RS came to the U.S. in 2012, when the Plus model was launched. Fitted with an uprated version of the 2.5-liter turbo-five, the TT-RS had a cool 355 ponies and 343 pound-feet on tap. Coming into 2015, Audi had already unveiled the third-generation TT and began testing the second-gen TT-RS.

Furthermore, instead of the improved exterior and interior, this car also employs new concept. The new concept of Audi TT 2017 leads this car to employ more credible engine options. As a matter of case, there are three engine options running in this sporty car. The first engine option running in Audi TT 2017 is a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine. This engine can generate 230 horsepower and 272lb-ft of torque. The next engine option is a TFSI engine. This engine basically can develop 310 horsepower and 280lb-ft of torque. Despite of those two engines, there is another engine option which is only available in Europe. It is a TDI diesel engine which can develop 184 horsepower and 280lb-ft or torque.
